Yes, we can do the entire permitting process, or none of it. It is completely up to you! We recommend letting us handle the permitting process because we can streamline the process and ensure we will get them quick in order to start your project. 

We do not have an in house designer, however, we have many years of working with kitchen, baths, basements, and decks and are happy to share ideas that we have done in the past. If you are looking for a designer we have a few recommendations that our clients have used and have been happy with.

After we come out to visualize and hear what the customer wants done in their project, we take exact measurements of the space so we can get accurate numbers for lumber, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, and any other material cost, so we can always give the most accurate bid possible.

There is always a possibility that when you start to open walls during the demo phase of a remodel or renovation that there may be surprises. We do our best to inform clients of possible issues from the age of the home and any signs from the exterior of walls or other parts of the home. If there are any surprises, clients are alerted immediately and we provide clients with all possible resolutions. We then create a change order and continue the project.

Yes, we provide a one year warranty on all labor. We do not warranty materials but will return to any project to repair any broken materials.
