"I started in construction at 18 to support my twin boys. It was a hard lifestyle—bouncing between trades, getting laid off every winter, and moving from company to company. I learned a lot, but I knew the industry could be better.
I eventually left to pursue my dream as a firefighter. But even with the badge, the passion for building never left. On my days off, people started asking for help with one job, then another, then another. In 2019, F.R.F. Construction was officially born.

Chief Executive OfficerAs Chief Executive Officer, I set the vision and strategic direction of the company, driving growth while ensuring every project reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. I lead the team, build strong client relationships, and make key decisions that keep the business running efficiently and positioned for long-term success. John continues to lead on every project as he has over 20+ years in construction.
Erik Rebbe
Director of OperationsAs Director of Operations, I oversee the day-to-day execution of all projects, ensuring every build runs smoothly from planning to completion. I manage schedules, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and uphold our standards for quality, efficiency, and communication—making sure every project is delivered on time and exceeds client expectations. You will often see Erik on the jobsite helping with framing, tiling, etc., as he enjoys partaking in the construction side as well!
